the hotel features a great kids pool area. reception staff members were really friendly upon arrival. the gym had decent equipment for workouts. our room was a nice size and equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. the whole experience was positive.

Amaze Family Stay!

This family friendly hotel is super! The private beach had golden sand. The room had a sea view and was spacious! The temperature controlled pools were perfect for a refreshing dip! I enjoyed many types of pools. I also took advantage of the various activities all day. It's amazing!
The elevators were slow, which caused some delays getting around, but I understand it happen!

the hotel offers several pools suitable for various age groups. there is a water park that my children enjoyed. access to the beach is convenient.
Check-in was slow due to the hotel's size. It felt crowded. i received limited information upon arrival. i had to discover many things myself . It was not always ideal.

the family room was pretty big. it could fit all our junk.
The pools were a nightmare. i swear there were more people than water. It was like human soup. finding a chair was like winning the lottery, but without the cash prize. plus, the drinks weren't included with the half board thing. They charged extra, even for water. seriously?

we booked a family room double double it was great. the hotel provided wonderful amenities for everyone in the family. kids loved the indoor playground and the splash zones. the staff was helpful and friendly at all times
the elevators were a bit slow sometimes so i had to wait a little longer than expected but overall i had an amazing time.

breakfast offered a great variety with fresh options every day i also tried lunch at sands it had a fantastic location near both the beach and pool which was convenient. the all inclusive package is a must to fully experience the hotel's many restaurants

the check-in was quick and efficient with a very cute reception team. i want to thank the lifeguard kamal he was so friendly and always happy. duty manager medhat helped us a lot with our departure needs it was very kind
